Yes, to secure your booking, we require a deposit that varies depending on the villa selected. Typically, it’s 50% of the total booking value. The remaining balance is due 1-2 months before check-in.

It depends on the location. Some beachfront villas in Ibiza, especially in San Antonio & Santa Eularia, are within walking distance of top restaurants, beach clubs, and nightlife.
