During peak season (July-August), our luxury villas require a minimum 7-night stay to ensure the best possible experience. During shoulder and off-peak seasons, we can accommodate shorter stays of 3-5 nights, depending on the specific property and time of year. We’re happy to discuss flexibility for special circumstances.
Do your villas come with staff?
All our villa rentals include professional housekeeping services as standard. We can enhance your stay with additional staff members including private chefs, personal butlers, security personnel, and daily cleaning service. Our staff are carefully selected professionals who understand the discretion and high standards expected in luxury villa service.
How many guests can your largest villa accommodate?
The largest licensed villas in Ibiza can officially accommodate up to 12 guests in complete comfort and luxury. For larger groups, we can recommend multiple properties in close proximity or assist with special permits for larger gatherings. We ensure all accommodations meet local regulations while providing the highest standard of comfort.
Can we host events at the villas?
Yes, many of our villas are ideal for hosting special events. Each property has specific capacity guidelines and requirements for events. We handle all necessary permits, noise regulations, and additional staffing needs. Do you provide airport transfers to villas?
Yes, we offer optional luxury airport transfer services to all our villas. Our professional drivers meet you directly at the airport, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable journey to your accommodation. We monitor all flights for delays and adjust pickup times accordingly.
Do you require a deposit for bookings?
Yes, to secure your vila booking, we require a deposit. Typically it’s 50% of the total booking value. The remaining balance is due 1-2 months before or at the check in.
Can we arrange for grocery delivery to the villa?
We offer comprehensive grocery delivery services to ensure your villa is stocked to your preferences. We can arrange pre-arrival shopping to stock your villa before you arrive, as well as regular deliveries throughout your stay. Our concierge team can also recommend and arrange specialty items, local delicacies, or specific dietary requirements.
