What’s the max. number of guests allowed at an event villa?
Most villas in Ibiza are licensed for a maximum of 12 overnight guests, but event capacity can range from 20 to over 300 depending on the property. For larger events, we’ll recommend restaurant & beach clubs, floating event venues, twin villas, agrotourismos, or exclusive hotel takeovers to accommodate everyone comfortably.
Can we play music or hire a DJ?
Yes, but sound regulations and curfews vary by area and villa. We’ll guide you through what’s possible, and recommend event-friendly villas with private surroundings. Need equipment? We also offer sound system rentals, DJs & live acts, and technical setups.
Are there villas that come with event licences?
