A cava welcome on the sand, live music over dinner and a beach club party to close the night. For this company’s annual celebration, AVANA brought together 300 guests at Tanit Beach Ibiza for an evening of food, performances and dancing.
Held on 26 September 2026, the event followed a White & Light theme,
with guests dressed in white and entertainment woven through each stage of the evening.
The Brief: A Company Celebration by the Sea
The company wanted an annual celebration that gave everyone time to connect, enjoy dinner and celebrate together. With 300 guests attending, the planning needed to bring food and beverage service, company speeches and a varied entertainment programme into one coordinated evening.
AVANA worked closely with the company’s organisers, the venue and the entertainment teams to shape the programme and manage the details leading up to the event.
A Welcome on the Beach
The celebration began with a cava reception on the beach, where floral welcome performers and stilt walkers greeted the group.
Above the sand, acrobats performed on six-metre-high sway poles, creating a striking backdrop to the reception. A champagne wall and face painting added interactive touches to the white-party theme, giving guests plenty to discover as they arrived and enjoyed their first drinks.

Company Speeches, Cocktail Dinner and Live Music
A Moment to Bring Everyone Together
Following the beach welcome, the company presentation and speeches brought everyone together before dinner.
Cocktail Dining and Live Entertainment
The cocktail dinner format allowed guests to move around and socialize, with seating available for those who preferred it. Jamón Ibérico stations and a sushi corner complemented the food service, while a live band and performers kept the atmosphere lively throughout the evening.
The program was coordinated around the company moments, dining service, and entertainment, giving each part of the celebration its own space.
From Dinner to the Dance Floor
As dinner gave way to the party, a fire show marked a change in pace. LED performers brought light and movement into the evening, while DJs took the celebration through its final hours.
The night finished with dancing and a two-hour open bar, bringing the group together for a shared finale by the sea.

We liaised with Tanit Beach to align the arrangements with the company’s brief, coordinating the tasting, menu choices, food stations and drinks service. Final guest numbers, seating needs and dietary considerations were communicated ahead of the celebration.
Entertainment and Event Scheduling
AVANA coordinated bookings for live music, DJs, acrobats, welcome performers, stilt walkers, face painting, fire and LED shows. The schedule brought these elements together with the reception, company presentation, speeches, dinner and party.
Photography, Video and On-Site Coordination
We arranged photography and video coverage of the arrival and celebration, while supporting the client and working with the venue and suppliers on site throughout the evening.
The Result
The celebration brought 300 guests together at Tanit Beach for a relaxed reception, dinner, live entertainment and a lively closing party. This project shows how a beach club can combine company moments, sociable dining and entertainment that builds throughout the night into one coordinated celebration.
